摘要
区域多机场系统在我国已初步形成了规模.然而现阶段我国的区域多机场系统发展并不和谐,主要体现在航线同质化严重、大型机场拥堵而中小型机场客货源不足,价格战成了主要竞争策略.通过分析江苏省内9个机场同质化较高的航线,借鉴p枢纽中位问题的航线网络构建的思想,建立了区域多机场系统航线网络模型,采用搜索禁忌算法和最短路算法结合的方法求解.实验结果表明:该方法能够有效减少同质化航线,提高系统整体的资源利用效率.可为多机场系统内的民航管理部门提供航线建设优化策略.
Regional multi‐airport system has initially formed in China .However ,the system is not har‐monious enough ,mainly reflected in the homogeneous airlines ,flights delay in large airports and sparse demand in small airports ,leading to the fierce price war .The research analyzed the airlines of highly homogeneity within Jiangsu province using the theory of p‐hub median problem .A model of airline network in a regional multi‐airport was constructed and Tabu‐research algorithm with the shor‐test path was applied to solving the problem .The result showed that this method was useful to reduce the homogeneity of the airlines and improve the utilization efficiency of the resources .This can pro‐vide a reference for civil aviation authorities in planning the airline network .
