精氨酸酶-1、肝细胞抗原和磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3的表达在肝癌中的意义 被引量：2

摘要 肝细胞肝癌是我国最常见和高发的恶性肿瘤之一,已成为恶性肿瘤中的第2位杀手[1]。遗传背景、食用黄曲霉毒素、乙型肝炎及丙型肝炎病毒感染、肝硬化、低硒、乙醇、促孕药物均是肝细胞癌的促癌因素[2],近年来有逐渐上升的趋势。尽管肝癌是较常见的肿瘤,但在临床实际工作中如何正确区分良性与恶性、区分原发还是转移的肿瘤仍是病理医师经常遇到的问题。本文就我院近年来肝癌病例进行回顾性分析,比较精氨酸酶-1（Arg-1）、肝细胞抗原（Hep Par 1）、
