金荞麦TC基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过转录组测序获得了金荞麦TC基因的cDNA序列。生物信息学分析表明,金荞麦TC基因的cDNA全长为1 856bp,其中编码区全长1 500bp,编码499个氨基酸,由进化树可以看出,金荞麦TC基因与桉树和葡萄的TC基因亲缘关系较近。 In this study the cDNA sequence of tocopherol cyclase(TC)gene from Fagopyrum cymosum is obtained using transcriptome sequencing.The full-length of cDNA from TC gene is 1 856 bp,and the full-length of coding region is 1 500 bp,which encoded 499 amino acids by bioinformatics analysis.And TC gene from buckwheat has closer genetic relationship with TC gene from grapes after phylogenetic analysis.
