摘要
从乳铁蛋白的来源与分布、结构与理化性质、分离纯化与检测方法以及功效与应用几个方面,综述了乳中乳铁蛋白的研究进展,最后对乳铁蛋白的市场前景进行了展望。
This paper summarized research progress of lactoferrin in milk, mainly through the source and distribution of lactoferrin, structure and the physical and chemical properties, separation and purification and detection methods as well as the functions and applications, and finally the market prospects oflactoferrin were prospected.
