以8家乳制品上市公司为例,利用主成分分析方法,对这8家乳制品企业市场营销绩效进行比较分析与排序。揭示了各乳企营销绩效的竞争优势和差距,指出影响乳企营销绩效的主要因素及影响程度,进而提出乳企在竞争中提高营销绩效的建议。可以为乳企提升市场营销绩效,提高市场竞争能力提供启示和借鉴。
The market competition of dairy industry is very fierce. The paper studies 8 dairy product listed companies, and marketing perfor-rnance of the 8 companies has been analysed comparatively and sorted by principal component analysis. The research reveals competition ad- vantages and differences of dairy product enterprises' marketing performance, points out the main factors influencing dairy product enterprises' marketing performance and influence degree, and makes suggestion on how to improving marketing performance to dairy product enterprises in competition. The article provides enlightenment and reference for dairy product enterprises improving marketing performance and market competitiveness.
