复配化学调节剂对水稻子粒灌浆充实和蔗糖-淀粉代谢关键基因表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用大田试验,以大穗型水稻品种新丰2号为试验材料,研究了抽穗期喷施复配化学调节剂对水稻子粒灌浆充实、稻米品质和蔗糖-淀粉代谢关键基因表达的影响。结果表明,外源喷施复配化学调节剂IV和V可增加水稻强势粒和弱势粒的起始灌浆势、相对起始势,提高最大灌浆速率和平均灌浆速率,缩短达到最大灌浆速率所需时间,显著改善强势子粒的外观品质和碾磨品质,提高水稻弱势子粒的千粒重,且强势粒和弱势粒中蔗糖-淀粉代谢关键酶基因的表达均得到显著提高。因此,外源喷施复配化学调节剂IV和V可通过增加强势粒和弱势粒中蔗糖-淀粉代谢关键酶基因的表达,进而提高水稻强势粒和弱势粒的灌浆充实、增加产量、改善稻米品质。 To detect the effect of chemical regulation compounds on rice grain weight,filling,and sucrose-starch metabolism key enzyme related genes expression of large panicle japonica rice,an open field experiment was conducted by spraying exogenous regulation compounds IV and V at heading stage using large panicle japonica rice varieties Xinfeng 2 as experimental materials. The result indicated that spraying exogenous regulation compounds IV and V not only could increase initial grain filling potential( R0),relatively initial grain filling potential( R0/ W0),maximum grain filling rate( Vmax),and mean grain filling rate( V),but the time for superior and inferior grains to reach the maximum grain filling rate( Tmax) was decreased. The appearance quality of superior grains,and processing quality of inferior grains were significantly improved,and 1 000-grain weight of inferior grains were significantly increased. Furthermore,sucrose-starch metabolism key enzyme related genes expression of superior and inferior grains were enhanced as well. Therefore,the quality and 1 000-grain weight of superior and inferior grains were significantly increased after spraying exogenous regulation compounds IV and Vat heading stage by enhancing sucrose-starch metabolism key enzyme related genes expression.
