秸秆、牛粪与啤酒糟混合厌氧发酵特性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以啤酒糟作为秸秆厌氧发酵的补充氮源,研究了玉米秸秆、牛粪与啤酒糟的混合厌氧发酵特性。选取m(啤酒糟):m(牛粪):m(玉米秸秆)=3∶3∶4,分别考察了总固体含量(TS)为9.3%,14%和27%时混合料液的发酵特性,测取了日产气量、p H值、甲烷含量等参数随发酵时间的变化情况。结果表明,当TS为27%时产气效果最好,产气量达到334 m L·g-1,平均甲烷含量达到51.3%,产气周期为36 d,p H值在发酵周期中先降低后升高,为甲烷正常发酵所需的p H值范围。 Using brewer's grains as additional nitrogen source of corn straw the coanaerobic fermentation characteristics of corn straw,cow dung and brewer's grains was studied. The mass ratio of brewer's grains,cow dung and corn straw was 3∶ 3∶ 4,and when the total solid content was 9. 3%,14%and 27% respectively,the daily gas production,p H value,methane content were tested. It was found that the best results was obtained when the TS content was 27%,with the highest gas production of334 mL·g^-1. The average methane content was 51. 3%,and the gas production cycle was 36 days.The p H value decreased first and then increased to an approriate value suitalbe for anaerobic fermentation and biogas production.
