锰卟啉与TiO_2复合光催化剂降解酚废水的研究

The photocatalytic degradation activity of manganese tetraphenyl porphyrin and TiO_2 composite photocatalyst for phenol in the wastewater

摘要 通过Alder法合成了四苯基卟啉锰,并通过红外、紫外、质谱对其结构进行了表征,并探索了该物质与TiO2催化剂在H2O2协同机制下在不同条件下协同对水中的高浓度苯酚的降解率和降解机理。实验结果显示,在H2O2协同机制下,紫外光照射4h,该催化剂和TiO2对苯酚的降解速率加快,降解率可达到72.24%。 Tetraphenyl porphyrin Manganese ligand was synthesized successfully by the way of Alder.They were characterized by IR spectra,UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and FAB mass spectroscopy.The photocatalyst composite,which was prepared by Manganese porphyrin loaded TiO2 with H2O2 was used to study the behavior and the mechanism of photocatalytic degradation of toxic organic pollutant such as phenol in the water by detecting the UV-vis maximum value variation at 270 nm.The experimental results show that the degradation rate of phenol could reach 72.24% under UV light irradiation for 4h When the catalyst was used together with TiO2.The photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst composite was much higher under UV light irradiation than under natural light,degradation rate was more rapider.
