院前急救对急性左心衰竭患者救治效果分析

The effect analysis of pre hospital emergency care on acute left heart failure

目的:探讨院前急救对急性左心衰竭的救治效果。方法:选择50例急性左心衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组不实施院前急救,观察组实施院前急救。测定两组患者治疗前和到医院时的呼吸和心率改变情况。对患者的救治效果进行评定。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%;对照组总有效率为72%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组到达医院时的心率和呼吸分别和对照组到达医院时的心率和呼吸比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救能够提高急性左心衰竭的临床救治效果,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pre hospital emergency on acute left heart failure. Method 50 cases with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The pre hospital emergency treatment was not given to the control group,The pre hospital first aid was used to the observation group. the breathing and heart rate changes was detected in two groups before treatment and the time of arrival the hospital the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The total efficiency in the observation group was 96. 0%; the total efficiency in control group was 72%; The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The heart rate and breathing in the observation group at the time of arrival the hospital compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The prehospital emergency treatment can improve the clinical treatment effect of acute left heart failure,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
