无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的临床护理

Clinical nursing of noninvasive ventilator for the treatment of respiratory failure

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的临床护理方法及护理效果。方法:选取142例使用无创呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组71例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用全面护理方法,比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率达到94.37%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为76.06%,观察组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理满意度为95.77%,对照组患者对护理满意度为81.69%,观察组患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量改善情况要明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用全面护理方式对行无创呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭患者进行治疗,可以有效提高患者治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者对护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the noninvasive ventilator therapy clinical nursing method of respiratory failure and the effect of nursing care. Method 142 cases of the use of noninvasive ventilator therapy of patients with respiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided into 2 groups,71 cases in each group,control group were treated by routine nursing methods,observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing method,comparing two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients reached 94. 37%,the total effective rate of control group patients was 76. 06%,the observation group of patients with clinical treatment effect was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group of patients to nursing satisfaction was 95. 77%,control group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 81. 69%,and patients satisfaction with nursing observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Improve the patient＇s quality of life to observe group was obviously better than control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing method for noninvasive ventilator therapy of patients with respiratory failure treatment,can effectively improve patient treatment effect,reduce the patients pain and improve patients satisfaction with nursing care,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
