特殊护理干预在预防下肢骨折后血栓形成中的应用分析

The application analysis of special nursing intervention in the prevention of thrombosis in lower limb fracture

目的:探讨特殊护理干预在预防下肢骨折后血栓形成中的应用效果。方法:分析70例下肢骨折患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床随机分组,护理Ⅰ组采取下肢骨折的基础护理措施30例,护理Ⅱ组采取特殊护理干预措施40例。结果:护理Ⅱ组下肢静脉血栓形成和康复率均明显优于护理Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特殊护理干预在预防下肢骨折患者应用可以明显降低血栓发生率,提高患者术后康复率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of special nursing intervention in the prevention of thrombosis in lower limb fracture. Method 70 cases of lower extremity fractures in patients with clinical data were analyzed,according to the nursing measures for different clinical randomized grouping and nursing group Ⅰ took lower limb fracture based nursing（ n = 30） and the nursing group Ⅱ took special nursing intervention measures in 40 cases. Results There were significant differences in the formation and recovery rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis and rehabilitation in the patients,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Special nursing intervention in the prevention of lower limb fracture patients can significantly reduce the incidence of thrombosis,improve the recovery rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
