摘要原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（primary central nervous system lymphoma,PCNSL）是少见的恶性肿瘤,仅占中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤的0.8-6.6%,发病高发年龄为50~65岁,男性略多于女性[1-3]。我科诊断2例发生在老年患者的原发性颅内淋巴瘤,结合文献复习,现报告如下。
