近代“清河实验”及其“学院派”社会工作风格

“Qinghe Experiment” in Modern Times and Its Style of the “Academic” Social Work

近代"清河实验"是由燕京大学社会学及社会服务学系师生举办的一种农村社区社会工作"实验",它是一次典型的"学院派"社会工作尝试。受社会转型影响,清河实验应运而生,形成了特定的组织架构,并按照工作内容类别进行了分工,配备了包括社会工作人才在内的专职人员。该实验历时七年,大致经历了初创、成长、稳定、终结等四个阶段。它既呈现出学院派实事求是的科学精神与严谨学风,又凸显出社会工作的资源整合与助人自助专业秉性,当然,也暴露出"学院派"的保守性与改良性弱点。

In modern times ＂Qinghe Experiment＂was a rural community social work ＂experiment＂held by teachers and students in the Department of Sociology and Social Service of Yenching University,which was a typical attempt about the＂academic＂social work.Influenced by social transformation,Qinghe Experiment rose at the historic moment,formed a specific organizational structure,divided labor according to content categories of work types,outfitted with full-time staff including social workers.The experiment lasted for seven years and has gone through four stages of start-up,growth,stability and the end.It showed the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts and the rigorous style of the study of the academic,and also highlighted the social work professional characters of the resource integration and the help for self-help.It also exposed the conservative and modifying characters of the weaknesses of the academic.
