Research on the Model of Higher Education Financing

对高等教育融资手段较为丰富的中东欧国家进行比较与研究,建立能够全面描述融资政策并涵盖高等教育机构特征的融资计量模型,进一步探寻高等教育融资影响因素,为我国建立有效的高等教育融资模式提出合理化建议。我国高校应有目的地提高财务管理系统效率、丰富资金来源、完善融资方式才能在经济全球化的浪潮中接近欧盟和世界一流大学的水平。

Comparing and researching on the CEE countries whose higher education financing is relatively rich,the study establishes financing econometric model fully describing the financing policy and covering the characteristics of institutions of higher education,further explores the factors affecting higher education financing so as to propose reasonable suggestions for establishing effective financing pattern of higher education.It comes to the conclusion that we should improve the efficiency of financial management system,enrich the source of funds and improve financing methods in colleges and universities.In this way,we can catch up with the European Union and the world first-class universities in the tide of economic globalization.
