Archives management is a kind of highly confidential work with strong discipline,which is an important part of knowledge management.With the change and development of social economy,the current files management mode has been difficult to meet the social requirements of new archives management.Through the analysis of archives management mode,there needs a profound understanding of the existing problems in archives management mode.From the reality of the current files management,research is needed on how to construct the new archives management mode.Thus to improve the quality and efficiency of archives management,through constantly optimizing the management mode,to ensure that clients can use the archives in a more accurate,more complete and more reliable way.
