老年退行性疾病中的凋亡和炎症机制研究进展

摘要 Caspase家族在进化上十分保守,在各种细胞中Caspase都扮演着十分重要的作用。Caspase主要在胞内起作用,并且其产生及活动均受胞外的信号触发和调控。但是,一些Caspase对于细胞因子的成熟,激活和分泌是必需的。因而,细胞因子与Caspase之间的相互作用存在不同的路径和层次。本文综述了炎症反应和细胞凋亡过程中Caspase与细胞因子间的相互作用,以使我们进一步深入了解近来Caspase与细胞因子之间的相互作用网络及相关反馈机制的研究结果以及在老年退行性疾病中的凋亡和炎症机制研究进展。 Caspase family contains lots of evolutionary conserved proteases,and plays an important role in cellular life. Caspases act in cytoplasm,but its production and activity are triggered and regulated by single outside cells. Hower,some caspases are essential for modulation,activation and secretion of cytokines. There are different pathway and level for the interaction between caspases and cytokines. The article talked about the recent research findings of interaction between them in apoptosis and inflammation,for helping us understand the interacted net and feedback mechanism of caspases and cytokines and the research progress of apoptosis and inflammation mechanism in the senile degenerative disease.
