摘要 针对常规注水流量计校验过程繁琐、操作复杂的现状,提出了在线校正模式,以提高注水的精确性:优选德国弗莱克森超声波流量计作为主机,进行汉化处理,为了测试方便,将壁厚测试集成到了超声波在线校验的主机上;研制了80L标准计量罐,计量精度为0.25%,为了适应现场管线放流阀出口低的实际情况,设计采用下入罐方式,并配套换流器;根据现场实际,对测试方式进行了优选,选择利用现有管线装夹直接标定和利用现有管线装夹+标准罐法标定方法进行监测。为进一步验证超声波流量计计量的准确性,采取在流量计校验装置上进行同步对比测试,选择不同区块与刚经过利用常规流量计校验装置校验过水表进行对比试验,验证了该技术测量的准确性和适应性,为下步提高注水井流量计量准确性提供了保障。 In view of the complex operations of correction of conventional water injection meters,an online correction technology is proposed for improving the precision of water injection.Deutsche FLX ultrasonic current meter is chosen as the main frame for ideographic word processor.For testing convenience,the wall thickness testing is integrated into the main frame.A 80 Lmaster meter calibration unit is developed,the metering accuracy is 0.025%,a running pot and selfcontained converter are designed.According to field situation,the testing methods are selected,pipeline clamping is used for direct correction and pipeline clamping+the calibration with standard tank are used for monitoring.For further verifying the precision of ultrasonic water injection metering,a synchronous contrast and testing are performed on online calibration system,at the same time,the injection water meters in different areas are contrasted and tested with those calibrated with conventional water flow meters,the precision and applicability are proven,it provides the guarantee for improving precision of water metering in water injection wells.
