关节腔灌洗、医用三氧注射联合针刀松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎 被引量:1

Efficacy of articular cavity irrigation, medical ozone injection combined with acupotomy lysis in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的探讨关节腔灌洗、医用三氧注射联合针刀局部松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的安全性和治疗效果。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者57例,行关节腔灌洗后,向关节腔注入30txg/ml医用三氧,联合针刀膝关节局部松解,连续治疗1个疗程。观察患者在治疗前,治疗后1、3、6个月的VAS评分,并计算VAS评分缓解率及不良反应的发生率。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后各时点VAS评分均下降,差异有统计学意义。治疗后6个月时优良率75.4%(44/57例),各时点之间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗后各时点间优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗期间及随访期间未见严重不良反应。结论膝关节灌洗、医用三氧注射联合针刀局部松解治疗膝骨性膝关节炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of articular cavity irrigation, medical ozone injection combined with acupotomy lysis in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods There were 57 patients with knee osteoarthritis, who were treated by intra- articular cavity irrigation, medical ozone injection (30μg/ml) combined with acupotomy lysis. The treatment was administrated once a week, totally 5 weeks. VAS was recorded before and 1,3,6 months after the treatment, then VAS improvement rate and the incidence rate of complications were calculated during the treatment and following-up period. Results Com- pared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased in all patients at each time point after the treatment (P〈 0.05). The excellent and good rate was 75.4% (44/57 cases) after six months and there was no significant difference in VAS among each time point after the treatment (P 〉 0.05). No severe complications were found during the treatment and following-up period. Conclusion Intra-articular cavity irrigation,medical ozone injection combined with aeupotomy lysis is a safe and effective therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
