体外产气法研究不同处理对玉米秸秆营养价值的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验通过体外产气法研究氨化、碱化和添加酵母糖蜜3种处理方法对玉米秸秆体外发酵24 h的产气量及产气参数,并应用Menke等(1988)模型估测3种方法处理的玉米秸秆有机物质消化率(OMD)和代谢能(ME),各处理组OMD均显著高于未处理组(P<0.05),其中最高的是酵母糖蜜添加组(60.83%)(P<0.05),氨化处理组与碱化处理组次之(P<0.05),分别为55.50%和54.26%,氨化处理组与碱化处理组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各处理组ME表现出与OMD相似的变化规律,其中最高的是酵母糖蜜添加组(9.24 MJ/kg DM)(P<0.05)、氨化处理组与碱化处理组次之(P<0.05),分别为8.64和8.41 MJ/kg DM,氨化处理组与碱化处理组差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过3种方法处理的玉米秸秆的OMD和ME均有一定的改善作用,酵母糖蜜添加组为最理想。
