摘要 以分子筛原粉为催化剂,催化乙酸和异戊醇合成乙酸异戊酯。结果表明,5A分子筛原粉具有最佳催化效果。以5A分子筛原粉为催化剂,乙酸异戊酯的适宜条件为:异戊醇与乙酸的摩尔比为1.5∶1,反应温度为403~413 K,反应时间为3~3.5 h,催化剂用量为底物质量分数的1%~1.3%,乙酸异戊酯收率达93%。分子筛回收率在98%~99%,可重复利用5次仍基本保持较好催化活性,分子筛安全、经济,不腐蚀设备、不污染环境、符合绿色合成化学原则。 The isoamyl acetate was synthesized with zeolite original powders as catalyst by esterification of acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol. The results show that the 5A original powders have optimal performance for esterification. The optimum conditions in the present of 5A molecular sieve were obtained as follows: n( isomayl alcohol) ∶ n( acetic acid) = 1. 5∶ 1,reaction temperature 403 ~ 413 K,reaction time 3 ~ 3. 5 h,catalyst dosage 1% ~ 1. 3%. The yield for isoamyl acetate was up to 93%. The recovery rate for molecular sieve was 98% ~ 99%. The catalytic activity was maintained after 5 reuses. Molecular sieve is safe,economic,no environmental pollution and no corrosion to equipment,which agrees with the principles of green synthesis chemistry.
