RetCam Ⅲ眼底照相联合超声检查在婴幼儿眼病诊断中的应用

RetCam III fundus photography along with ocular sonography in eye disease diagnosis for infants and children

目的探讨Ret CamⅢ眼底照相检查联合超声检查在婴幼儿眼病诊断中的应用价值。方法对52例患儿用Ret CamⅢ眼底照相检查联合超声检查。结果 52例患儿Ret CamⅢ眼底检查及超声检查均有特征性表现。结论 Ret CamⅢ眼底检查联合超声检查可以为临床提供客观依据,减少误诊,漏诊,在婴幼儿眼病诊断中有重要应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the application of fundus photography along with ocular sonography to diagnose eye disorders in infants and children. Methods Ret Cam III（ Wide-angle digital retinal imaging system,Clarity Medical Device,USA） was used for fundus photography,and A / B ultrasound（ Quantel Medical,France） was used for ocular sonography in 52 infants and children. Results The fundus check and ultrasonography of 52 infants and children showed characteristic features. Conclusion Application of Ret Cam III fundus photography and ultrasound examination can provide objective evidence of eye disorders in infants and children,therefore can help to reduce misdiagnosis in this age group of patients.
