摘要 介绍了耐高温抗氧化球墨铸铁材料的特性机理,详细阐述了生产耐高温抗氧化球墨铸铁管件的试验方法:采用0.5 t冲天炉熔化铁液,熔炼温度为1 500~1 550℃,浇注温度为1 400~1 350℃。采用盖包法进行球化和孕育处理,盖包孕育所用Si-Fe孕育剂加入量为1%~1.2%,漏斗随流孕育的高效Si-Ba孕育剂加入量为0.10%~0.15%,Fe Si Mg8RE7球化剂加入量为1.5%~1.7%,w(Mg残)量控制在0.035%~0.055%,w(RE残)量控制在0.02%~0.03%。生产结果显示:750℃的条件下抗拉强度最高可达到165 MPa,平均值可达到155 MPa;500~700℃疲劳试验失效循环次数最少为395次,最大为400次,平均值为397次。 The mechanism of high-temperature and oxidation resistant ductile was introduced. Production method of this iron pipe was elaborated. A cupola with 0.5 t capacity was used for melting the ductile on 1 500~1 550 ℃ and pouring on 1 400~1 350 ℃.The tundish cover nodulizing process was used for spheroidization and inoculation. The Si-Fe inoculant addition amount was 1%~1.2% and Fe Si Mg8Re7 nodulizer amount was 1.5%~1.7%. The remain w(Mg)and w(RE)were kept between 0.035%~0.055%and 0.02%~0.03%. The results showed that,the highest tensile strength at 750 ℃ was up to 165 MPa and 155 MPa on average.The fatigue failure cycles can reach up to 400 times,397 times on average and 395 times at least on 500~700 ℃.
