介绍了合肥四方磷复肥有限责任公司对硫铁矿制酸装置进行改造,转产食品级焦亚硫酸钠。重点介绍了食品级焦亚硫酸钠装置的生产工艺,分析影响焦亚硫酸钠产品质量的主要因素为SO2气体氧含量及纯碱质量。采取对应措施后,产品质量达到GB 1893—2008《食品添加剂焦亚硫酸钠》标准。

Transformation of acid preparation from pyrite plant in Hefei Sifang Compound Fertilizer Limited Liability Company and switching to the production of food grade sodium metabisulphite are described. Production process of food-grade sodium metabisulphite device is described specially, and oxygen content of SO2 and quality of soda ash as the main factors affecting the quality of sodium met- abisulphite are analysed. After taking the corresponding measures, product quality has reached national standard GB1893-2008 Food additive sodium metabisulphite.
