摘要
探讨了硫磺回收装置中存在的高温腐蚀、露点腐蚀、酸性腐蚀、MDEA-CO2-H2S-H2O的腐蚀、空气腐蚀主要的腐蚀形态,并分析了各种腐蚀形态对应的腐蚀机理,且在工艺和设备方面提出了有针对性的防腐措施。
The corrosion formations existing in the sulphur recovery unit caused by corrosion factors involving high temperature, dew point, acid, MDEA-CO2-H2S-H2O and air are described. Corresponding corrosion mechanism for every corrosion formation is analyzed, and targeted anticorrosive measures for the process and equipments are given.
