摘要 介绍了金钼股份硫酸尾气达标排放改造工程的设计、施工及运行情况。该设计采用中国瑞林工程技术有限公司的预洗涤专利技术和壳牌康索夫可再生有机胺法脱硫专利技术,利用有机胺液低温吸收尾气中的SO2,并在高温下将SO2解吸出来。该脱硫装置产品为体积分数约95%的SO2气体,送现有制酸系统;处理后尾气排放SO2质量浓度小于或等于200 mg/m3;蒸汽消耗小于或等于5.8 t/h。 Design construction and operation of the sulphuric acid tail gas discharging technical innovation project are briefed. The design adopts the prescrubbing patented technology of the China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. and the regenerable SO2 scrubbing paten- ted technology of Shell CANSOLV Technologies Inc. With the regenerable SO2 scrubbing system, SO2 is absorbed in the absorber and desorbed in the stripper at high temperatures. The product of the desulphurization which is 95 vol% SO2 saturated with water, is conveyed to the existing acid system. After treat, the dischanged gas contained no more than 200 mg/m3 of SO2 ( dry basis) with the steam consumption no more than 5.8 t/h.
