摘要
介绍了几种常用的处理低浓度SO2烟气的脱硫技术,以及氧化锌脱硫技术的原理、国内应用情况、存在问题及改进新工艺等。提出采用钠碱法与氧化锌法结合改进方法,不仅可解决吸收过程中因含固量高造成设备以及管道结垢的问题,也解决了烟气或烟尘中含氟、氯对脱硫产物处置的影响以及系统的硫酸根离子、溶液体积平衡问题。
Several common desnlphurization technologies disposing low concentration SO2 flOW gas and principles, domestic application, problems and improved technique of zinc oxide method desulphurization technology are introduced. The technology of combination of natrium-alkali and zinc oxide method was proposed, not only solving scaling problems in equipment and pipes containing high solid content during absorption, but also avoiding influence of flue gas or smoke containing fluorine and chlorine on disposal of desnlphurization product, and meanwhile solving acid ion and solution volumetric balance problems.
