摘要
太行鸡是适应当地自然条件,经过长期自然选择和人工选择形成的河北省优良地方品种。4-6月份繁殖性能最佳,产蛋率较低,蛋肉品质优良,风味物质和营养成分含量丰富。太行鸡5周龄前肠道消化酶含量持续上升,之后至13周龄保持一定活性。十二指肠和空肠淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性较低,胰蛋白酶和盲肠纤维素酶活性较高;盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸菌含量高。太行鸡微卫星、MC1R基因、B-G基因遗传多样性丰富,开发利用太行鸡优良的生产性能和丰富的遗传资源,培育优良品种,任重道远。
Taihang Chicken is a good local poultry variety resource formed from the natural and artificial selection. The reproduction is optimal from April to June and the egg production is low, while the quality of egg and meat is high with abundant flavor and nutrient components. The activity of digestive enzyme in intestinal tract keeps rising before 5 weeks and keeps some till 13 weeks. The activity of amylase lipase is lower, and trypsase and cellulose is higher. The content of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in caecum is high. Taihang Chicken is an affluent genetic resource and it is an arduous task for breeding and improving its production and development.
