摘要
电磁机动战是美国海军近两年所提出的一种新的作战样式,突出反映了其在电磁作战环境中的最新作战理念。文章首先解析了机动战与电磁机动战的相关概念,从观测-定位-决策-行动OODA环路的角度分析了电磁机动战的特点、实施与度量手段。在此基础上重点从速度与机器智能这两个方面,分析了电磁机动战对电子对抗所提出的新的要求,展示了未来电子战将逐渐从人在回路向人在旁路,以及从人工认知到机器认知的重要发展趋势。这对于电磁机动战的理解和电子对抗发展战略研究具有重要参考意义。
The EMW (Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare) is a new military operational mode, which is put forward by the American Navy in recent two years. It represents the newest guideline for the battle in EMOE (Electromagnetic Operation Environment). In this paper, the conceptions of maneuver warfare and EMW are firsdy explained. The characteristics, implement approach and operational effect are analyzed through the OODA (Observation Orientation Decision Action) loop. The new requirements for electronic countermeasure are analyzed in speed and machine intelligence by the EMW. From man-in-the-loop to man-besidePthe-lcop and from human cognition to machine cognition are the two important trends in the future of EW (E- lectronic Warfare). It is the significant reference for the comprehension of EMW and EW development stratagem research.
