Discussion on the Battlefield Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Under the Complex Electromagnetic Environment

现代战争是信息化的战争，信息化战争军事制高点的占领要更多地依赖制电磁频谱权，电磁频谱的控制与管理是夺取制电磁频谱权的重要保障。文章阐述了战场频谱管理基本概念、战场电磁环境的特征以及战场电磁频谱管理的特点，重点介绍了电磁频谱管理的新技术，最后给出了战场电磁频谱管理的展望。

Inmodern information warfare, to achieve the electromagnetic spectrum supremacy is the key point to win the warfare. The capability to control and manage the electromagnetic spec- trum is the important guarantee to achieve the electromagnetic spectrum supremacy. In this paper, the basic concept and characteristics of the battlefield electromagnetic spectrum manage- ment, and also the characteristics of the battlefield electromagnetic environment are discussed. New technique of the electromagnetic spectrum management is introduced as an emphasis. At last, the development trend of the battlefield electromagnetic spectrum management is advanced.
