婴儿嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎1例报道并文献复习

One Case of Infant Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis and Literature Review

目的:对1例婴儿嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎(EG)进行报道并复习相关文献,供临床借鉴。方法:结合1例婴儿EG的临床资料、诊治过程复习相关文献,对国内外报道的EG的临床表现、治疗方法等进行分析。结果:该患儿因"反复呕吐5个月,呕血8 d"入院,经抑酸、止血等对症支持治疗,游离氨基酸奶粉喂养后,病情好转出院。结论:EG预后良好,但儿童EG可致贫血、营养不良、生长发育落后等,需积极治疗。治疗主要依靠饮食和药物,若药物治疗无效,可考虑手术治疗。

Objective： To report a case of infant eosinophilic gastroenteritis and review the literature,provide a reference for clinicians. Methods： The clinical data of infant eosinophilic gastroenteritis was analyzed and reviewed of the literature,analyzed the clinical manifestations,treatment methods of eosinophilic gastroenteritis which reported at home and abroad. Results： This child treated in our hospital as ＂repeated vomiting 5 months,hematemesis 8 days ＂,the child was given acid suppression,bleeding and other symptomatic and supportive treatment, free amino acids formula feeding. The condition improved and discharged. Conclusion：Eosinophilic gastroenteritis has good prognosis,but for children,it can lead to anemia,malnutrition,growth retardation,etc.,so need active treatment. Treatment has diet and drug therapy,if drug therapy is not remission,surgery may be considered.
