摘要
目的:探讨微生态制剂对呼吸道感染患儿抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)的预防和治疗效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:通过调查表收集我院呼吸科门诊医师以询问病史、查看病例和随访的方式获得的2014年11月至2015年5月在我院就诊的呼吸道感染患儿抗生素及微生态制剂的用药情况并进行统计分析。结果:本次调查共收集连续、序贯或联合使用抗生素治疗>7d的呼吸道感染患儿106例,其中51例预防使用了微生态制剂(观察组),未出现明显AAD症状;55例未预防使用微生态制剂(对照组)的患儿中13例(23.64%)发生AAD,后续治疗中使用微生态制剂,腹泻症状3 d内消失。结论:微生态制剂用于预防和治疗呼吸道感染患儿AAD安全有效。
Objective: To analyze the application of probiotics on children with respiratory infection treated with antibiotics in our hospital and probe into the curative effect of them on the prevention and treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: The questionnaires about the application of antibiotics and probiotics on the children with respiratory infection treated in our hospital during the months from November,2014 to May,2015,finished by outpatient doctors in the form of the inquiry of history,checking the cases and follow-up,were collected and analyzed. Results: Among the 106 children with respiratory infection treated with antibiotic continuously,sequentially or combined application of them,there were 51 cases which were treated with antibiotics in combination with probiotics. As a result,no obvious symptoms of antibiotic associated diarrhea appeared,while relative symptom occurred in the 13 of 55 cases treated with antibiotic alone. In the subsequent treatment,the diarrhea disappeared in 72 hours when probiotics were used in conjunction with antibiotics. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to prevent and treat antibiotic associated diarrhea with probiotics.
