摘要
根据带式输送机正常段的承载模型,推导出等悬垂托辊间距的计算公式;根据已确定的符合波动方程的共振模型,通过分离变量和求解特征值推导出易引起共振的托辊间距区间,并在设置托辊间距时避开此区间;为了便于施工,在实现等悬垂托辊间距的基础上进行托辊间距分级,不仅节省了大量的托辊而且缩短了施工时间。
According to the bearing model of the belt conveyer at the normal segment, calculation equation is deduced for the equal sag rolling spacing; according to the determined co-vibration model fit for wave equation, the roller spacing section arising from co-vibration shall be deduced through the variables separation and solution of eigenvalue, which shall be avoided when the roller spacing is set; to facilitate construction, the roller spacing is scaled based on equal sag roller spacing, which can save many rollers and shorten the construction time.
