摘要
提出了一种验证卷筒力学性能的有限元分析方法,并对结构设计改进前后起升机构进行了分析验证。结果表明:文中提出的有限元分析方法能快速准确验证卷筒的力学性能,保证了起升机构设计和使用的安全性,为同类卷扬分析提供了一种有效的有限元分析思路。在此基础上,完善了起重性能表中吊钩倍率的计算方法,该方法对性能表参数的准确性具有指导作用。
The paper puts forward a finite element analysis method verifying the mechanical, property of drums, and performs analysis and verification for the lifting mechanism before and after improving the structural design. The result shows that the finite element analysis method put forward can guarantee design and operation safety of the lifting mechanism, providing an effective finite element analysis thought for similar winch analysis. Based on this, the calculation method for hooking multiplying power shown in the lifting performance table is improved. The method provides guidance for improving the correctness of parameters in the performance table.
