摘要
针对门式起重机程序设计适应性差、传统产品开发平台弱的特点,基于自顶向下的方法设计产品主结构,对程序进行模块划分,建立数据库,对产品结构和可调参数进行适当控制,通过推理机制,开发了门式起重机主梁产品平台系统,该平台能够快速响应客户需求,程序的适应性和重用性大大增强。
In view of the disadvantages of the gantry crane such as poor adaptability of program design and weak development platform of traditional products, the product main structure is designed based on the top-down method, for module division of the system. The database is built to realize proper control on the product structure and adjustable parameters. The girder platform system is developed for the gantry crane via the inference mechanism, which can rapidly respond to the client' s demand, and make the program significantly adaptable and reusable.
