摘要
对XCJLD800E型卸船机移船系统的结构原理和卸煤船船型的适应性进行了详细说明,指出卸船机的问题和设计不足之处,通过优化设计,提出"单"驱动改"双"驱动的可行方案并实施,实现了5 000 t级以下不同长度船型的系缆要求,增强了卸船机接卸船的能力,使用结果显示达到了预期目的。
The paper details the structural principle of the shifting system of XCJLD800E ship unloader and adaptation of the ship type of the coal unloading ship, points out the problem of the ship unloader and design deficiency, and puts forward the feasible program that changes "single" drive to "double" drive with optimization design. The scheme is implemented, and it can meet the mooring line requirements on the ship type in different lengths below 5 000 t, and increase the handling capacity of the ship unloader. Results show that the expected purposes are met.
