摘要
通过对一台冶金电动葫芦在起吊铁液包准备进行浇注作业时发生"冻包"事故的分析,说明了符合规范要求的设计是保证起重机安全可靠运行的关键。同时提出了事故冶金电动葫芦起升高度限位电气控制设计的相应改进措施,其目的是杜绝和减少类似事故的发生。
The paper analyzes the "ladle freezing" accident when the metallurgical electric hoist is lifting the molten iron ladle for pouring, states that the design consistent with the standard requirements is the key to safe and reliable operation of the crane, and puts forward measures to improve the electrical control design of lifting height limit of the accidental hoist to decrease and put an end to similar accidents.
