摘要
当前国内淬火起重机起升机构制动器一般采用单推动器结构,主要以手动释放或断电后蓄电池与逆变器组合供电点动释放2种方式实现紧急松闸功能。手动释放方式存在操作难度大的问题,蓄电池与逆变器组合成本较高。针对这2种方式,对淬火起重机起升机构制动器进行改进设计,将单推动器改为双推动器,使制动系统更简单,并且节省了成本。
The brake of lifting mechanism of the quenching crane in China uses the single-drive structure to realize the emergency brake-releasing function by manual releasing or power supply inching released by combining accumulator and inverter after power off. For manual releasing, the operation is difficult, while combining accumulator and inverter is of high cost. For the two modes, improved design is made on the brake of the lifting mechanism by changing the single driver to double drive, which is simpler and saves costs.
