摘要
针对管桁式起重机结构件产生的疲劳裂纹,通过实际受力分析,确定裂纹产生的位置及成因,并对裂纹进行分类和评估。分析裂纹、剩余强度和疲劳特性之间的关系,绘制管桁式起重机结构件的裂纹-强度-疲劳特性曲线,对已产生的裂纹给出修复及补强办法,绘制修复加强后剩余强度曲线。
For the fatigue crack generated from the tube-truss crane, the paper determines the crack position and causes with the actual force analysis, classifies and evaluates the cracks. By analyzing the relationship between the crack, residual strength, and fatigue characteristic, the crack-strength-fatigue characteristic curve is drawn for the structural member of tube-truss crane to provide the measures to repair and reinforce existing cracks, and plot the curve of residual strength after repair and reinforcement.
