摘要
中国移动互联网行业迅速发展,如何完善公司治理,提高全要素生产率成为移动互联网企业面临的一大难题。本文运用数据包络分析为基础的曼奎斯特生产率指数,结合移动互联网产业链进行分析,对24家移动互联网上市企业2010—2012年全要素生产率变化及其组成部分进行测算和分解。结果表明,中国移动互联网企业的全要素生产率普遍较低,其处于较低水平的主要原因在于技术进步指数较低。在以上分析的基础之上,本文对中国移动互联网产业发展提出了相关建议。
As the rapid development of China's mobile internet , how to improve corporate governance and the total factor productivity are critical for the mobile internet industry .Specifically ,data of 25 companies in China's mobile internet industry in 2010—2012 are conducted .On the basis of value chain analysis ,this paper uses the Malmquist Index approach based on data envelopment analysis to formulate productivity growth change and its components decomposition .It is found that total factor productivity of mobile internet industry in China is at low level since the technological progress is slow . Some suggestions to the development of mobile internet are also proposed .
