基于经济联系与空间流的长株潭城市群空间异质性分析

The Analysis Spatial Heterogeneity of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration Based on Economic Relation and Spatial Flow

引入空间异质性原理,对长株潭城市群经济联系和空间流进行分析,从等级异质性、结构异质性和功能异质性三方面对长株潭空间异质性及其机理进行剖析,并据此探讨长株潭城市群空间异质性优化途径。结果表明:1长株潭城市群内各城市等级异质性明显,多尺度等级缀块结构在理论上对城市群发展是有益的,但等级异质对后进城市(娄底、益阳等市)的发展在某些程度上是起妨碍作用的。2长株潭城市群各城市结构异质性突出,与城市群核心区的时空距离是异质性重要原因,但距离并不是造成结构异质性的唯一原因,历史基础、文化和政策等方面也是造成结构异质性的重要方面。3长株潭城市群各城市功能异质性方面构成较为合理,但城市群"新质"的产生更多集中在长沙市,其科研和创新职能远高于其他地区。4长株潭城市群空间的一体化与空间异质化是相辅相成的两个方面,在追求空间一体化的过程中必须要正视空间异质性的存在,认识到空间异质性的机理才能实现真正意义上的一体化。

Analyzed the economic relations and spatial flow in Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration（CZTUA） by introducing the principle of spatial heterogeneity.The spatial heterogeneity of CZTUA and its mechanism were analyzed in three aspects： hierarchical heterogeneity, structural heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity. Then the heterogeneity optimization approach of CZTUA was discussed. Theresults show that it＇s obvious of hierarchical heterogeneity in CZTUA,multi- scale hierarchical structure is beneficial to the development of urban agglomeration in theory, but it is not good for the backward city in CZTUA. The structural heterogeneity of cities in CZTUA are prominent, the main factor is the temporal and spatial distance from the core area of Urban Agglomeration, and the other reasons are about history, culture and policy. The functional heterogeneity of cities in CZTUA were reasonable, but the property always emerges in Changsha city, scientific research and innovation function is much higher than other areas.Spatial integration and spatial heterogeneity of CZTUA is the contradiction of the two aspects. We must face the existence of spatial heterogeneity and it＇s mechanism in the process of pursuing the integration of CZTUA.
