Risk Evaluation of Large Infrastructure Projects Based on Entropy Fuzzy Comprehensive Method—A Case Study of Wenzhou Rail Transit Construction Projects

摘要 针对大型基础设施项目的风险评价问题,提出熵权改进后的模糊综合评价法。以温州轨道交通建设项目为实证,通过专家的评估调查数据计算,发现结果与其他评价方法的结果基本一致并且更合理,得出项目风险的排序结果,也表明该方法能有效完善大型基础设施项目的风险评价体系,可为构建我国大型公共投资项目复杂风险管理决策机制提供启示。 Aiming at the problems in risk evaluation of large infrastructure projects, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with improved entropy is put forward. Taking Wenzhou rail transit construction project as an example, by calculating the data through experts' assessment, it is found that the results are basically consistent with those with other evaluation methods. It also shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the risk assessment system of large infrastructure projects, which can provide some inspiration for the construction of large public investment projects in China.
