摘要
中尼关系与中国西藏地区的稳定和发展息息相关,从地缘、文化、民族、经贸等观之,西藏地区在其中具有特殊位置。但尼泊尔的复杂政局、印美因素、经贸问题、十四世达赖集团的干扰仍然是中尼关系迈进的不利因素。两国应在多领域相互依存与协作,营造和平、安宁、友好、合作的边界。中国应加大对尼的投资力度,并督促其加强约束"流亡藏人"的非法活动。发展中尼关系,应在"治国必治边、治边先稳藏"战略思想指引下,积极把握"一带一路"的战略机遇。
China-Nepal relations enjoy a special significance to the stability and development of Tibet. Both China and Nepal should work together to develop a peaceful, friendly and cooperative boundary area. China should increase investment in Nepal while encourage the latter to strengthen its check on illegal activities of 'Tibetan exiles' The development of China-Nepal relations should seize the strategic opportunities of 'the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road. '
