建筑结构彩钢板翻修用涂料的选择与应用

The Choice and Application of Coatings Used in Color Steel Plate Renovation of Architecture Structure

通过对不同类型涂料在不同使用年限彩钢板表面附着力试验,选择了2种适用于彩钢板翻修用涂料配套体系,并对配套涂层进行了耐腐蚀性和人工加速老化性试验。结合实例,提出了具体的涂装方案和施工要点。

Two kinds of coating systems suitable for color steel plate renovation were selected by surface adhesion experiment of various coatings used in the surface of color steel plate with different service life. Moreover, anti-corrosion test and artificial accelerated aging test were conducted. Last but not least, the detailed coating scheme and construction points were proposed combined with practical examples.
