Study on the Production Technology of Intelligent and Dustless Coating with Hanging Style

介绍了工程机械国内外涂装生产工艺技术的特点,结合目前国内工程机械产品涂装质量存在的问题和涂装生产过程中的环境影响因素,系统地提出了悬挂式智能无尘涂装生产工艺技术及装备的主要思路和方法,改造后不但提高了产品涂装质量,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,而且为企业彻底解决了环境污染问题,造福当地人民,具有极大的社会效益,达到清洁生产的要求,逐步实现工业4.0的要求。

To begin with, the characteristic of construction machinery production technology of intelligent and dustless coating was introduced. Secondly, combined with the coating quality problems of construction machinery in the domestic product and the environmental impact factors in the process of coating production, the main ideas and methods of the hanging intelligent and dustless coating production technology and equipment were presented. In all, the technical can not only improve the coating quality products, reduce the production cost, enhance the economic benefit and solve the problem of the environmental pollution thoroughly but also benefit the local people, meet the requirements of clean production and achieve industrial 4.0 requirements gradually.
