摘要 肉用动物体内脂肪的分布与沉积影响胴体品质和肉质性能。脂肪形成是复杂的生物学过程,包括前体脂肪细胞增殖、分化及脂肪的合成与沉积。本文就猪脂肪形成的细胞学基础包括肌内和皮下脂肪细胞发育及生物学特性的差异,共轭亚油酸、日粮蛋白质限制和碳水化合物对脂肪形成的影响及其机制等方面的研究进展做了分析和介绍,以深入了解脂肪形成的机制,为猪体脂沉积的营养调控提供基础。 Distribution and deposition of fat influence carcass and pork quality in meat animals.Adipogenesis is a complex biological process,including the proliferation and differentiation of adipocytes,fatty synthesis and accumulation of lipid.This paper introduced the factors which effect the formation of porcine adipocyte,including the cytology for development of adipose tissue,intramuscular and subcutaneous adipocyte development and biological property,conjugated linoleic acid,dietary protein level and carbohydrate.It may provide a theoretical basis to understand the adipogenic mechanism and control the accumulation of lipid inside pigs.
