肝衰竭患者MARS人工肝治疗前后不同疗效组外周血TNF-α mRNA和IL-6 mRNA的表达

摘要 目的研究肝衰竭患者MARS人工肝治疗前后好转组和恶化组外周血TNF-αm RNA和IL-6m RNA的表达.方法对33例肝衰竭患者进行MARS人工肝治疗,采用RT-PCR检测外周血好转组和恶化组TNF-αm RNA和IL-6 m RNA的表达.结果好转组和恶化组所有患者在MARS人工肝治疗前外周血TNF-αm RNA和IL-6 m RNA均为强阳性表达,治疗后好转组TNF-αm RNA和IL-6 m RNA强阳性表达率较恶化组降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论外周血TNF-αm RNA和IL-6 m RNA有可能作为肝衰竭患者接受MARS人工肝治疗后判断预后的指标. Objective To study the m RNA expression of TNF- αand IL- 6 in the peripheral blood from liver failure patients before and after MARS treatment in the improving and worsening groups. Methods Thirty- three patients with liver failure were treated with MARS treatment,and the expression of TNF- αm RNA and IL- 6 m RNA in the peripheral blood of patients were detected using RT- PCR method. Results Strong positive expression could be observed in all liver failure patients before MARS treatment, while the strong positive expression rates of TNF- αm RNA and IL- 6 m RNA of patients in improving group were lower than those in worsening group after MARS treatment. Conclusion TNF- αm RNA and IL- 6 m RNA in the peripheral blood can be taken as an indicator for the prognosis of liver failure patients.
