通用硅酸盐水泥与聚羧酸系减水剂相容性的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 近年来我国聚羧酸系减水剂的研究和产品开发取得长足进展,但是,始终困扰相关领域的技术人员的难题,依然是该减水剂与通用硅酸盐水泥品种相容性问题。在生产优质的高相容性水泥领域,国内学者的理论研究和生产实践方面探索出了有益经验。本文全面总结了水泥生产与评价方法、高相容性的功能型聚羧酸系减水剂的研究与构性关系等方面的最新研究进展,并提出了今后在产品开发和基础性方面的研究方向。 Recently the domestic research and developing products of polycarboxylate superplasticizers has been made rapid progress.However,a difficult question of puzzled technical staffs is still compatibility between varieties of common Portland cement and polycarboxylate-based superplasticizers in concerning field.Theoretical study and preparation process practice of the domestic scholars have been explored some valuable experiences in preparation high compatibility quality cement fields.The latest advanced development of cement preparation process and evaluating methods,high compatibility of functioning type polycarboxylate superplasticizers,relationship between molecule structure and property,were all-sidedly summarized and analyzed in the paper.The research direction in developing products and fundamental study were put forward from now on.
