钢渣制备多孔吸声材料的研究 被引量:10

摘要 钢渣作为钢铁企业排放的固体废弃物,其量之大及低的附加值利用一直成为钢铁企业的难题。本文通过以钢渣为主要的原料,将其制成水泥,然后用发泡、成型的方法制备多孔吸声材料,其中钢渣的用量达到50%以上并结合XRF(荧光分析)、XRD(X射线衍射)、SEM(扫描电镜)分析等表征手段对材料的化学组成、矿相结构、微观形貌等做了分析。实验结果表明:利用钢渣制备的多孔吸声材料其吸声范围较广且在中频段的吸声系数较高,材料的安定性合格且在3MPa(成型压力24.11 N)时的最高吸声系数为0.72,平均吸声系数达到了0.51,标准养护条件下抗压强度达到3.5MPa。上述特性使得该材料既适应于解决日常生活中如铁路、城市交通等产生的噪音污染,又解决了钢渣的资源化利用问题,具有较大的市场需求。 Steel slag is regarded as the main solid waste during steelmaking.It always makes a lot of trouble to steel industry because of its amount and low processing value.In this paper the cement of steel slag mainly by using steel slag was made,with which the porous sound absorbing materials was formed by foaming and shaping methods.The chemical and mineral compositions,microstructure of materials were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence( XRF),X-ray diffraction( XRD) and Scanning electron microscope( SEM).The results indicated that porous sound absorbing materials had wide absorbing range and the coefficient of intermediate frequency was higher.The volume stability was qualified and the sound absorbing coefficient of the highest and average were 0.72 and 0.51 at the pressure of 3 MPa( 24.11N).The characteristics above prove that the material is not only adapted to solve the noise problem such as the noise of railway and the city traffic,but also to reutilization of steel slag.
