摘要
以羟基纤维素(HEC)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合的方法制备了一种梳型阴离子型陶瓷分散剂。通过试验,研究了各反应条件对添加了0.3%(相对于绝干料浆质量)梳型HEC/AA/SMAS聚羧酸系高效陶瓷分散剂的陶瓷坯体料浆流动时间和厚化度的影响。结果表明,梳型HEC/AA/SMAS聚羧酸高效陶瓷分散剂最佳合成条件为:HEC的用量为0.05 g,NaHSO3的用量为0.45 g,聚合温度为80℃,聚合时间为2 h。当梳型HEC/AA/SMAS聚羧酸系高效陶瓷分散剂掺量为0.3%(相对于绝干料浆质量)时,陶瓷坯体料浆体系的流出时间降至36.3 s,厚化度降至10.05。
With the monomers of the hydroxyl groups of cellulose(HEC),acrylic acid(AA),sodium methyl allyl sulfonate( SMAS),a comb-shaped anionic dispersant is synthesized by the method of radical aqueous solution polymerization.Through the test,the text studies the influence of reaction conditions on the slurry flow time and thick degree of ceramic body.The addition of HEC/AA/SMAS comb shaped PC is 0.3% of the vast dry pulp quality.The results show that,the optimum reaction conditions of the comb shaped PC of HEC/AA/SMAS: the dosage of HEC is 0.05 g,the dosage of NaHSO3 is 0.45 g,the temperature of polymerization is 80 ℃,the polymerization time is 2 h.When the dosage of the comb shaped polycarboxylate superplasticizer of HEC/AA/SMAS is 0.3%(relative to the vast dry pulp quality),the slurry system flow time of the ceramic body is 36.3 s,the thick degree is 10.05.
