中国共产党民生话语的发展及当代启示——基于历次党代会文献文本的研究

Development of CPC's discourse about people's livelihood and its contemporary enlightenment——Based on research of the relevant documents text of the national congresses of CPC

从党的一大到十八大,历次党代会文献文本,是党的民生话语最忠实的表达。90多年来,党的民生话语从革命话语体系向执政话语体系转换,从突出生存权向突出发展权转换,从宏观层面向微观层面转换。这一转换逻辑的当代启示是,民生话语体系的建构与发展,必须充分表达党的性质与宗旨,必须坚持马克思主义意识形态的特色,必须坚持与时俱进。

From the First National Congress to the 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China,the relevant literature and text are the most faithful expression of the party’s concern about people’s livelihood. In the past 90 years,the party’s discourse about people’s livelihood transformed,from revolutionary discourse system to the governing discourse system,from the emphasis on subsistence right to the focus on the right to develop,from the macro level to the micro level. What enlightenment the logic of this transformation gives us is that the construction and development of the discourse system of people’s livelihood must fully express the party’s nature and purpose,must adhere to the Marxism ideological characteristics,and must insist on keeping pace with the times.
